• License. Raftly is open-source software licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. Your use, copying, modification and distribution of the software are governed by that license.
• No warranty. As the license states, the software is provided "as is", without warranties or conditions of any kind.
• Not professional advice. Raftly provides engineering and product readiness guidance. It does not provide legal advice and does not certify that any product is secure, compliant, accessible or fit for a particular purpose. Have qualified professionals review those areas.
• Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the products you build, the code you run, and any usage costs of Claude or other services you use with Raftly.
• Trademarks. The license does not grant rights to the Raftly name or logo beyond describing the software accurately. Raftly is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC.
